Mobile Device Administrator

As an MDM Admin, you will partner with our existing and future MetTel customers to scope and deliver solutions to support the administration of mobile device applications. It will be your responsibility to configure new instances of MetTel MSP offerings, consult on all things related to MDM across the organization, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Will onboard and support MetTel clients with the Installation/Configuration/Administration of Mobile Device Applications.
Act as a consultant for non-MetTel Hosted MDM Instances. (Best practices, tenant setup, technical troubleshooting)
Duties will include Device Testing, End User Troubleshooting, and application support.
Will need to present business solutions in a clear, concise manner to clients and partners.
Will leverage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform to securely deliver updates and applications to mobile devices.
Final point of escalation for support or engineering issues.

Ability to clearly assess needs and determine proper solutions for a quick resolution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills essential; require interaction with client end users and management.
Ability to work closely with other teams and vendors to create working solutions for issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or 3 to 5 years applicable experience
Demonstrated success in advanced troubleshooting skills in the application support area.
Familiarity with iOS, Windows Mobile OS and Android mobile device Operating Systems
Familiarity with multiple MDM products, such as, but not limited to, VM Ware (formerly AirWatch), InTune, SOTI and Mobile Iron Cloud
Experience with Apple Deployment Programs – Device Enrollment Program (DEP)
High-level understanding of mobility terminology and technology
Use of Windows products: Microsoft Project, Visio, Microsoft Office

MetTel:

The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $59,000 -70,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
