Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is actively seeking a junior associate to join our client’s thriving Corporate Latin America group to be based in their San Francisco Bay Area offices. The ideal candidate will have a background in representing emerging companies and/or investment funds, in addition to deal experience in M&A, venture capital and other corporate matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate to join a preeminent Latin America venture capital and startup practice. This associate will have immediate client exposure and will assume responsibility for client matters quickly. Clients include entrepreneurs building technology businesses throughout Latin America, primarily in Spanish speaking markets, as well as venture capital funds investing in those businesses.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Prior work or living experience in Latin America is a plus
• 2-4 years of corporate experience is preferred
• Accepting JD or LLM degrees
• Admission to the California or New York Bar is required

Salary: $215,000 – $250,000
