We are looking for Tax Associates to join our team for the upcoming tax season at Intuit. If you have an active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number), we would love to hear from you!

Who We Are Looking For
Tax Experience: As a Tax Associate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience in filing 30 or more paid tax returns.
Passion for Helping: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. You are committed to enhancing our brand by delivering exceptional service and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Tax Assistance: In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing any product/software inquiries. Your work will contribute to our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Effective Communication: You will utilize various resources, including government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a language they can understand.
Virtual Interactions: As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. It is important to document these interactions to maintain accurate records.
