The director of finance must have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills in order to be a part of the management team. Ideal candidye has experience in the NFP industry.

Key responsibilities

– Take the lead on all financial and accounting operations

– Compare monthly operating results against budget

– Analyze and monitor forecasting and budgeting

– Manage the preparation of all financial reports

– Decide on benchmarks for comparing the operating and financial performance
