Contractor position at the start – but local candidates (Hudson Valley, Catskills area) will be considered first. Great for side gig, strong potential for growth in the company.

This fully-remote role is for these hours:

M-F evenings (6pm to 10pm)

Weekends (10-5)

Flat weekly rate: $450

Seeking a virtual assistant with experience in any of the following: customer support, guest relations via Airbnb (mandatory), property management, and hospitality.

Must be savvy with Google Drive & Airbnb; Property Management Software experience a major plus but not required.

Must have great typing and communication skills. Knowledge of the Hudson Valley/Catskills is ideal and preferential, but not required.

Some tasks include:

• Maintain the Airbnb messages inbox: using our structured template responses for inquiries, booking details, and reservations with a quick response rate to ensure maximum bookings/guest satisfaction
• Monitor the Email guest support inbox for emergency issues that need to be dealt with and connecting the right maintenance tech with the guest and/or providing troubleshooting as needed; answering guest questions and being self-sufficient
• Scheduling maintenance tasks for our homes as needed in Breezeway, a task management app/software
• Writing reviews for guests on Airbnb

Ideal candidates will be great with people, well-written, and self-sufficient! Homemaintenance knowledge is a big BONUS for troubleshooting emergency issues.
