Citi continues to enhance its business control and governance framework by building out Institutional Credit Management (ICM), a new business unit in the 1st Line of Defense, to house and consistently manage Credit Risk activities performed across its Institutional Client Group (ICG) organization.
Institutional Credit Management (ICM) was established with the objective to provide an integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.
The ICM Governance and Issue Management team sits within the CAO office under Risk and Controls of ICM. The team supports ICM’s activities related to Corporate Governance including Governance Committees and management forums and governance, oversight, and administration of ICM’s Issue Management activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a practically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of Corporate Governance, Issue Management, and the controls environment, and a keen interest to learn more and make a difference, and ultimately shape the ICM business for the future.
