The Assistant Facility Manager will assist the Home Delivery Facility Manager in managing the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centers
Primary responsibilities:
Manage the operations of one our E-Commerce/Home Delivery distribution centers
Hiring, training, and managing our staff of order selectors and commercial truck drivers
Responsible for maintaining superior levels of customer service through employee training and quality control systems
Your goal is to deliver a superior on-line shopping experience for our customers.

A candidate with a strong focus on customer service
Essential Skills
Education and Experience
? High School graduate (Bachelors Degree preferred)
? 1- 3 years of supermarket retail experience
