The Liquidity Transformation team within the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts for processes, controls, infrastructure and operational toolsets required to support the day-to-day Liquidity Risk Management and reporting functions. These functions include but are not limited to liquidity regulatory reporting and metrics, management reporting and liquidity stress testing which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions, technology partners and business partners in ICG and PBWM. The team is responsible for delivery of Treasury’s transformation objectives and collaborates with stakeholders to identify priorities, coordinate efforts and track progress, and define and implement best practices.
Scope of Role:
The Program Manager will lead a team of individuals primarily responsible for the co-ordination, oversight, and transparency into the status of issues impacting the reliability of data used in the production of Liquidity metrics and reporting, e.g., FR 2052a, LCR, ILSTs through remediation lifecycle, from intake to adoption and evidencing of risk reduction. Issue scope will include but not limited to data issues that are related to Data Concerns logged in accordance with enterprise-wide Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRM) process, data demands (new data requirements) and data transformations; all of which are categories of issue impacting the accuracy and completeness of information used in Liquidity reporting and metrics.
The team will contribute significantly to the data roadmap and provide targeted Treasury reporting and metrics, partnering with the Finance FCDO to highlight risks and issues in achieving remediation within prescribed timelines. To this end, the position will require coordination of activity across multiple liquidity functions, Finance functions, including FCDO and Technology, in addition to FLU business and technology functions including ICG, PBWM and CTI and the ability to challenge existing practices and identify and recommend informed process improvements to senior stakeholders. This position will be responsible for the integrity of the portfolio of work and how different parts of the organization will work together to enable efficient transformation and execution on data remediation
