Avangrid is seeking a Lead Advisor, Gas Trainer to join their team in their Trumbull, CT location.
The Lead Advisor, Gas Trainer is r esponsible for administration and delivery of programs directly related to all areas of the Gas line of business. In conjunction with the business and technical training, determines training and orientation needs for new employees conducting work on AVANGRID gas facilities. Develops and conducts additional advanced training for incumbent operations staff. Monitors and advises affected departments on individual and company status of critical information pertaining the training and qualification of employees. Review applicable contractor OQ and training programs for compliance with company standards and Written Plan.
