Premier financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support a team starting immediately. Responsibilities will include phone coverage, calendar management and scheduling, calendar coordination, processing and submitting expenses, preparing material for meetings and other administrative tasks as requested. The ideal candidate will have 3 + years of administrative experience within a corporate setting. Salary once permanent is dependent on experience in addition to a discretionary bonus, paid overtime and excellent benefits!
