iSoftStone Inc., is Seeking a Technical Account Manager to Join our East Coast Team!
iSoftStone is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to help maintain, drive, and expand iSoftStone service business with our clients. The successful candidate will work to strengthen the client relationship, confidence, and awareness of iSoftStone services by leveraging the company’s successes in other practices and/or geographies.
Drive revenue growth in two to three iSoftStone strategic accounts (~$3MM+ iSoftStone revenue) through identifying and closing new opportunities, while expanding existing projects and client relationships.
Maintain excellent client relationships and high satisfaction ratings.
Understand the client’s business strategy, priorities, and financial conditions to be able to forecast the iSoftStone financial impact.
Assist the project and support delivery teams to manage the risk control and escalation communications, as needed.
Collaborate with the pre-sales solution development teams to propose the best fit solutions for clients.
Create and present client proposals and corresponding Statement of Work(s) for new opportunities, renewal of Managed Service engagements, and support contracts.
Provide a monthly update to the client executives or PMO for all project status.
Travel is required for the onsite visits.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Five+ years business development and account management experience at top tier technology- based consulting company.
Strong data analytics and/or Power BI experience.
Must have prior consulting background.
Two+ years of business management experience in IT or sales.
Very strong executive communication skills in oral and written.
Talent in developing an account to annuities, and a track record of success.
Service-oriented, responsibility-committed, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Quick learning capabilities in business and IT service management fundamentals.
Flexibility to attend morning or evening conference calls with teams in different time zones.
Retail industry domain knowledge.
Prior experience with CRM/OMS.
Big Data experience.
Software development and solution design experience.
