As Manager, Talent Acquisition based at our headquarters Lancaster, PA, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Talent Acquisition function and retaining excellent talent across the organization. You will be expected to accomplish this through developing and executing effective data-driven talent acquisition strategies to support the growth of AWI and enable the successful achievement of our business targets.

This position can be filled at a manager or senior manager level depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and managing full-cycle recruiting activities (sourcing, outreach, interview, offer, and onboarding) for multiple searches
• Creating innovative sourcing and engagement strategies aimed to bring the best talent to each role
• Oversee recruiting efforts in the areas of college/university relations, internship programs, and employment branding
• Leading the ongoing relationship with our RPO partner and ensuring all targeted goals are achieved per contract guidelines
• Providing direction and daily support to our RPO partner and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review metrics, and identify and implement improvements
• Seeking and nurturing relationships with top talent to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your network, job boards, social media, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to make strategic recruitment decisions aimed to advance AWI’s broader goals
• Creating an exceptional recruitment/onboarding experience for candidates and HMs
• Providing leadership and hiring managers with ongoing TA reporting and analytics to showcase market insights and pipeline metrics
• Managing the recruitment budget including spend across various platforms
• Acting as owner of our ATS through evaluating systems-related efficiencies, data accuracy, and ensuring a fully compliant recruiting process
• Managing employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
• Ensuring plant-level recruiting processes are effective and compliant
• Managing and improving operational processes to drive strong performance in the areas of diversity sourcing and hiring, sourcing optimization, and time-to-accept
• Lead internal communication and training to drive talent acquisition best practices

What will make you successful

• Experience working with RPOs and external recruiting partners
• Ability to develop and execute an employment branding strategy
• Experience recruiting top-caliber talent for senior-level positions (Director and above)
• Deep familiarity with managing complex TA processes, analyzing information and data, making recommendations, and driving improvements
• Demonstrated experience making decisions based on data and analysis
• Experience with building and managing a college recruiting program

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws, industry best practices, and employment market conditions
