The Position
The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for working directly with the inside sales leaders in our Overland Park office to assist with driving and maximizing sales performance across our inside sales teams. This role is an entry level management role that will support, manage, and update key sales processes and initiatives. The Inside Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for coaching, developing, and providing an extra level of support to new sales staff during onboarding. In this role, the inside sales supervisor will also work together with other sales teams and divisions at A Place for Mom to maximize and drive company success.

• Supervise, coach, and develop a new inside sales staff during onboarding.
• Work with sales leaders to educate, motivate, and develop strong inside sales team.
• Monitor, assess, educate, and update sales KPIs to assist with driving and maximizing sales quotas.
• Work with inside sales leaders to provide support to sales teams during key intervals and days of the week.
• Create and foster a fun, positive, and energetic sales environment.
• Monitor, track, and manage inside sales staff’s PTO, schedules, and schedule adherence policies and processes.
• Prepare, assess, analyze, and understand market and team performance.
• Full time position requires coverage during management off hours, evenings and weekends
• Incorporate APFM Values into each customer and co-worker interaction.
• Other duties identified to drive performance and meet business needs.

Required Skills And Competencies
Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in an inside sales supervisory or team lead role.
• Ability to coach, develop, and provide sales feedback to inside sales staff.
• Knowledge and understanding of various inside sales processes – Attendance, Adherence, PTO etc.
• Familiar with different inside sales KPIs – Quotas, Dials, Calls Handled, AHT etc.
• Displays good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Is able to work alone and together as a team.
• Dedicated, passionate, and driven.
• Able to multi-task and work in a high paced environment.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Experience in maintaining good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder sale is a plus.
• Senior Living experience is a plus.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• The position is a salaried, exempt position.
