Astor is offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for this Supervising Psychologist position!
The Clinical team at Astor is seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our Day Treatment Team. The Supervising Psychologist will have administrative, supervisory, and program evaluation responsibilities at an elementary-age day treatment program. Responsibilities include supervising and managing a clinical team serving high needs students, often with complex trauma, in a collaborative academic setting with the NYC Department of Education. The Supervising Psychologist will directly supervise doctoral psychology interns in our APA-Accredited Doctoral Internship program and be a participant in all elements of the program’s internship, including assisting in the annual interview process with internship applicants.
Candidates must have experience with research design, data analysis, and implementation of outcome measures in a programmatic setting. There will be utilization of evidence-based models to serve a partial caseload as well as assist in program management and design. There is ample opportunity for professional development and training available. Benefits for Full Time employees:
· 4 weeks paid vacation annually;
