These experts and professionals help keep our curriculum fresh and our standards for achievement high by participating in our admissions process, as well as program-specific activities such as interview training, Demo Days, Hackathons, and Capstone projects.
About the Role
As the Strategy and Operations Lead, Employment at Pursuit, you will shape and oversee comprehensive programming for Fellows’ interview readiness and independent job searches. You will take ownership of activating the Pursuit network to connect Fellows to employment opportunities while setting, tracking, and reporting on metrics related to Fellow job search outcomes and activities. Leveraging your experience hiring and managing high-performing teams in top-tier companies, you’ll set the bar for job readiness and oversee a team of managers and coaches to ensure Fellows meet that bar and persist throughout their job search. Your leadership will be instrumental in empowering Fellows for success in their job searches and you will have the opportunity to see firsthand the impact of your work on the lives of our Fellows and their families.

Salary & Benefits:
Total compensation for this role is $140,000 – $180,000 annually.
The compensation range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
