We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Simulation Operations Associate.The primary function of theSimulation Operations Associate (SOA) is to support the delivery of an onsite or off site simulation activity. The SOA serves as the primary support for the Program Manager or Program Supervisor. The Simulation Operation Associate reports directly to either the Program Manager or Program Supervisor.
* Serve as primary support for the Program Manager or Program Supervisor
* Coordinate and trouble shoot scheduling requests; escalating potential conflicts as necessary
* Coordinate the intake/design meeting process as per the Standard Operating Procedure
* Serve as a resource for Simulation Operation Associates
* Assist in the development and implementation of new standard operating procedures
* Assist in vendor relationships
* Set up for programs: Space & Equipment & Software
* Welcome & Support programs;Acknowledge by greeting faculty,Introduce by telling the faculty your first and last name,Explain support the program and contact method for the duration of the program
Bachelor’s degree and/or two to three years of relevant experience in healthcare simulation.Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population and as part of a team
