Senior Warranty Management Specialist

This position is responsible for a specialized role in the overall asset management lifecycle process. The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to, the day to day management of Laboratory Equipment Service Agreements in the Integrated Work Management System. This role requires working with end users in the R&pD laboratories, our equipment and service suppliers, R&pD Finance, SS&P, and Senior Management. The role will develop strategies regarding the collection and analysis of data.

A typical day might include:

• Coordinate the Laboratory Equipment process of identifying, negotiating, creating, and purchasing of service agreements.
• Identify and consolidate service agreements through the Laboratory Equipment Service Agreement process
• Work with end users and suppliers to obtain laboratory asset service quotations and enter/upload in to TRIRIGA on a per agreement
• Update asset records in TRIRIGA throughout the service agreement process
• Use service data to right size Service Agreements (something like this)

• Ability to perform work duties with limited supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers to drive a high level of customer satisfaction

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of Lab Equipment Lifecycle
• Procurement experience such as negotiating and purchasing
• Working knowledge of Lab Equipment service contracts/warranties
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of databases
