As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing presales and post sales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to clients’ business. Develop and deliver high quality presentations and product demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced technical product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Vitech solutions. Design, validate, and present Vitech software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complementary products. Presents and articulate Vitech’s products, and strengths in its underlying technology, relative to competitors.
Develop and demonstrate moderately complex solutions. Architect and prototype solutions for customers. Interact with development to enhance/refine Vitech’s products. Deliver high quality technical presentations.
