Our Senior Retail Business Development Officers cultivate and maintain relationships while promoting and selling the banks retail products and services at the same time demonstrating the highest level of professionalism. They collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to innovatively find ways to promote the brand, and all products and services. They Originate residential mortgage and retail loans and lead efforts in assigned region for community outreach (CRA) via realtors, community organizations and individuals.
Salary Range: $86,000 – $105,000

Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in a related field normally required. Residential mortgage lending experience, including a knowledge of secondary market guidelines, required. NMLS registration required. Notary, preferred. Securities licensing, will be considered.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; exemplary interpersonal relationship skills; adept branch management and coaching abilities; strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities with specific attention to detail; an existing book of business in and around the respective market preferred; historic track record of effective networking; thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services and a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures; strong understanding of loan documentation; proficient PC skills.
Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years retail banking experience normally required with at least 5 years branch banking experience.
