POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr Merchandise Manager for Mens and Womens Tailoring leads the creation of tailoring product strategy and brand growth for the global market. This position collaborates closely with cross functional partners to bring product strategies and visions to life. This role is responsible for aligning all global product strategies into one, clear, concise vision. Category ownership includes all styles from aspirational to full price to outlet to off price. Full ownership of global line planning for tailoring as it relates to assortment aesthetic direction, style / skus counts, region exclusives, segmentation, pricing, etc. Ensures all product is properly flowed from sketch creation to purchase order issue.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 6-8 years of Global Merchandising experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or equivalent
Skills:
DECISION MAKING: Responsible for brand strategy for Mens’s and Women’s Calvin Klein Tailoring Apparel.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Must be able to analyze trends and apply them to assortment building in order to maximize sell-through
Pay Range: $110,000 – $135,000
