About the role Roku’s Streaming Ad Platform, OneView, is currently in growth mode, especially for TV Buyers, Agency Programmatic Teams and DTC brands. With growth, comes complexity and diversity of needs. As a Senior member of the Product Management team for the Roku Ad platform, you will be the owner of self-service technology that powers our real time advertising platform. You will be a key contributor to the team that drives product strategy and initiatives around our self-service platform capabilities, overall user experience, and APIs needed to meet a diverse set of needs on our Ad Platform. You will be closely collaborating with a cross-functional team of go to market, ad operations, revenue operations, inventory and client services leaders to execute key ad platform initiatives. Success in this role means expansion of OneView usage with our current customers and entry into new and exciting markets. What you’ll be doing Developing and driving strategic initiatives across our core advertising platform, planning, campaign management, creative and inventory workflows Owning execution of key product initiatives that grow OneView adoption among agencies and brands Owning Roku’s self-service API strategy and platform technology roadmaps and execution Effectively partnering with third-party ad serving, dynamic creative and ad measurement partners Staying on top of CTV and ad technology trends and best practices; translating them into POVs, and sharing with engineering, product and business teams Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to architect the ad platform for scale for all buyer types from small to large Lead other product managers either by direct management or collaborating cross-functionally across the platform on large initiatives We’re excited if you have 8+ years of experience in product management with 3+ years on advertising and marketing technologies and 2+ years managing product teams Proven experience growing products with marketers from conception to in-market Experience with advertiser ad server products, DSP products, or other self-service ad platforms Experience delivering scaled API based solutions to the market with an ecosystem of channel partners Experience with defining requirements of scalable and highly available SaaS systems Experience in working with brands, agencies and large media companies Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; Technical background and Master’s degree are a strong plus. Experience in a start-up environment or you can demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach in your roles You are creative when appropriate but analytic in execution. You are relentlessly focused on delivery and understand the value of getting MVPs and products out the door, so we can learn and modify as we go along. You don’t allow obstacles to deflect or deter you; you are a master of prioritization of your own time and the team’s time Willingness to travel (when it is safe to do so again) for in-person meetings in San Jose, Boston and New York.
