Job Title: Senior Manager, Platform Engineering

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States of America

As a Platform Engineer, you will have the opportunity to drive a major transformation within our organization.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and mentor a team of MQ engineers responsible for critical IBM MQ services.
– Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios.
– Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
– Stay up-to-date with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in technology communities.
– Encourage innovation, teamwork, diversity, and outside-the-box thinking.

Basic Qualifications:

– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
– Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ.
– Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

– 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ.
– 3+ years of experience with AWS.
– 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.

Please note that salary ranges vary depending on the location of the role. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role in New York City (Hybrid On-Site) are $195,200 – $222,800 for Sr. Manager, Platform Engineering. For other locations, the salary range will be based on the specific location and will be discussed in the offer letter.
