Senior Manager, Platform Engineering – Job Opportunity

Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for critical IBM MQ services
– Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios
– Ensure the availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
– Stay updated with the latest technology trends, learn and experiment with new technologies
– Encourage innovation, outside-the-box thinking, teamwork, and diversity

Basic Qualifications:
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
– Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ
– Minimum of 4 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ
– 3+ years of experience with AWS
– 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Salary Information:
– New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $195,200 – $222,800 for Sr. Manager, Platform Engineering (Full-time)
– Salary information for other locations will be provided in the offer letter
