Job Ad: Senior Manager, Platform Engineering

General Responsibilities:
– Mentor and lead a team of engineers responsible for critical IBM MQ services.
– Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios.
– Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
– Stay updated with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and be part of technology communities.
– Encourage innovation, diversity, teamwork, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Basic Qualifications:
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
– At least 6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ.
– At least 4 years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ.
– 3+ years of experience with AWS.
– 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.

Salary Information:
– New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $195,200 – $222,800 for Sr. Manager, Platform Engineering.
– Salaries for other locations will be based on location-specific pay ranges, reflected in the candidate’s offer letter.
