Job Description:
– Lead and mentor a team of MQ engineers responsible for critical IBM MQ services.
– Collaborate with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
– Ensure craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions.
– Stay updated with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in technology communities.
– Encourage innovation, diversity, teamwork, and outside-of-the-box thinking.

Requirements:
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
– Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ.
– Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ.
– 3+ years of experience with AWS.
– 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.

Salary Information:
– New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $195,200 – $222,800 for Sr. Manager, Platform Engineering.
– Salary information for other locations will be provided in the offer letter.
