Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for our critical IBM MQ services.
– Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios.
– Ensure the availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
– Stay up-to-date with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in technology communities.
– Foster innovation, outside-of-the-box thinking, and teamwork while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Basic Qualifications:
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
– At least 6 years of experience implementing and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ.
– Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ.
– 3+ years of experience with AWS.
– 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.

Salary Information: (based on location)
– New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $195,200 – $222,800 for Sr. Manager, Platform Engineering.
– Salary for other locations will be based on the specific location.
