Job Title: Senior Manager, Platform Engineering

Responsibilities:

– Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for our critical IBM MQ services
– Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios
– Ensure the availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
– Stay up-to-date with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in technology communities
– Encourage innovation, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity

Basic Qualifications:

– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
– Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ
– Minimum of 4 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

– 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ
– 3+ years of experience with AWS
– 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Salary Information: The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role in New York City (Hybrid On-Site) are $195,200 – $222,800 for Sr. Manager, Platform Engineering. Salary ranges for other locations will be specified in the offer letter.
