Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Early Childhood and Elementary Literacy will work with KIPP Foundation teammates and KIPP schools across the country to ensure that KIPP students in grades K-4 develop the foundational literacy skills required to guarantee their success on the path to and through college, career, and beyond. The Senior Manager, Early Childhood and Elementary Literacy will work collaboratively with KIPP Network leaders to ensure every elementary literacy classroom delivers world-class instruction. This is a new role within the organization and offers tremendous leadership opportunity for a person with deep foundational literacy knowledge.
The Senior Manager reports to the Early Childhood and Elementary Literacy Director. The Senior Manager will manage the experience of incoming professional learning cohorts and support professional development for the broader elementary literacy community throughout the year. He/she/they is/are a member of the K-8 Academics Team and work collaboratively within the Academics and Talent Team.
This is a full time, exempt position and will be required to travel to schools and regions.

We have offices in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., yet the location is flexible. This is a full-time, exempt position.
