This posting is for an in-person position at our company headquarters at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY (1 block from D, R, N trains at 36th Street station). Remote or work-from-home positions are not available.
We’re looking for you to play a critical client-facing role interpreting and translating enterprise account requirements into solutions that can be implemented using Fundraise Up’s standard product offerings.
Your primary role will be participating in demos with sales to speak to the platform’s technical specifications, and managing the onboarding and implementation process for incoming customers. This implementation process includes conducting complex A/B tests, deploying the platform, and implementing integrations with marketing tools, analytics suites, native CRM integrations, and custom architectures.
