The Senior Director of Product Management is responsible for driving and delivering outstanding products that create incredible value for our customers. They are responsible for all aspects of product, from strategy, to delivery, and ongoing customer retention for a suite of Client’s products. This person employs a unique blend of business & technical savvy, strong passion for the customer, the drive to create a vision and turn that into an outstanding product. They must be a leader with strong commitment to invest in the development of the individuals on their team. Works closely with Engineering, UX, and Development teams to develop and drive delivery of the product strategy. The Senior Director of Product Management partners cross-functionally to define product release requirements and execution strategies. This role works with marketing communications to define go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. The Senior Director Product Management also supports the development of product marketing strategies as an internal and external evangelist for the product, while also partnering with the direct sales & customer success teams.

This Senior Director of Product Management will run the Boards team, having the highest visibility product with several hundreds of millions of dollars that this product brings in. We need someone with experience launching products at this scale. High visibility product- want some help with diverse candidate because we want the product to change. b2b and b2c product experience required. Having experience with metrics and engagement will be a given for people who have b2c experience. Will meet and work with CEO. Will also interview with them. Lots of visibility to CPO in company.
