What You Will Do:
As a Senior Consultant, your role will involve client management, implementing solutions, and achieving project goals. You will be responsible for specific project tasks and will have daily interaction with clients to ensure success. This includes participating in meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Your ability to prepare and deliver well-organized reports and presentations to both clients and internal executives is essential. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide other consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.

As a Senior Consultant, you will have a clearly defined career path and opportunities to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. As you strengthen your project management and leadership capabilities, you may progress to the role of Managing Consultant.
What You Will Need:
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
Minimum Degree Status: Currently enrolled in an accredited advanced degree program (MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD) and expected to graduate by Summer 2023.
If you do not meet the experience and education requirements, you may still be considered for a Consultant role.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Prior work experience in healthcare and/or consulting industries
Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences consulting
Critical thinking, creativity, and strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to supervise, mentor, and coach team members
Understanding of clinical and business implications of complex products and services
Project management skills and ability to handle multiple work streams
Willingness to travel and work overtime if necessary
The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$(phone number removed). Compensation will be determined based on various factors such as skill sets, experience, certifications, and organizational needs.
