Job Description

TP ICAP Americas Holdings, Inc. seeks Senior Brokers to build and develop relationships with portfolio managers. Cover fixed income traders for relative value order execution. Engage in all aspects of synthetic spread trading utilizing various algorithms. Understand Fixed Income market dynamics and trading rationale. Performance benchmarked against revenues generated and growing clients’ wallet.

Position requires a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with coding in C#, Matlab, R, and or Python. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience applying mathematical knowledge in numerical analysis and stochastic calculus, 2 years of experience analyzing and manipulating large data sets; 1 year of market experience and listed derivatives. Experience applying knowledge in fixed income and relative value trading. 10% International and domestic travel required.
