Requirments 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, or a closely related field and three years of satisfactory full-time professional experience working with the budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research; or in management or method analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation; or in personnel or public administration or in a related area. OR 2. An associate degree from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in the area described in “1” above. OR 3. A high school diploma and five years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in the area described in “1” above. Work Details “1. Performs difficult professional work in the preparation and conduct of administrative, procedural, and operational analyses of the agency’s organizational and operations. This may include surveys and studies of management, equipment, space, staffing, personnel, and other operational areas, using quantitative analyst, cost analysis, and other research techniques. May serve as project manager. 2. Performs difficult professional work in the preparation of agency budgets and the conduct of financial studies; prepares and analyzes Agency’s budget. Develops Agency financial plans, cost reduction programs; may serve as budget officer. 3.
