seeking an experienced and detail-oriented P6 Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The P6 Scheduler will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the baseline schedule for our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing field engineers or similar technicians, possess advanced proficiency in P6 software, and excel in coordinating materials and shipment deliveries to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements,

scope, and objectives.

• Utilize Primavera P6 software to develop, update, and maintain

comprehensive baseline schedules for assigned projects.

• Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, and other relevant personnel

to gather information and input for schedule creation.

• Manage and oversee the timely delivery of materials and shipments to

support project timelines.

• Monitor and analyze project progress against the baseline schedule,

identifying potential delays or issues and proposing corrective actions.

• Regularly communicate schedule updates and changes to project teams,

stakeholders, and management.

• Provide accurate and timely reports on project schedule status, including

milestones, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with the project team to assess the impact of scope changes,

resource constraints, and external factors on the schedule.

• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to

enhance scheduling and project management efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related

field.

• Proven experience (X+ years) in project scheduling, with a focus on

managing field engineers, technicians, or similar roles.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials management,

and shipment logistics.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex project schedules

and identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse

project teams and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in

schedule development and management.

• Problem-solving aptitude to address schedule-related challenges and

recommend appropriate solutions.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
