As a recently spun company charting our own course, we’re continuing our exciting journey and looking for a Sales Executive to join our New York team. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for leading sales and account management activities across a portfolio of prospects and existing F500 clients in the Financial Services sector. Our team provides project and managed service solutions to help buy and sell side institutions address complex legal challenges and has ambitions to rapidly expand both market reach and solution breadth.
In this role, you will carry an annual quota and work with other members of the sales team to achieve double-digit growth across our portfolio. You will also work closely with the wider senior sales leaders to set account strategy, attend conferences and industry events, improve day to day sales operations, and work with the Solutions team to help define new services or improve upon the existing suite. This role provides a unique and compelling opportunity to leverage your strategic, operational, and management skills outside of day-to-day sales activities and have a meaningful impact on a growing company.
You’ll work on category defining solutions with large and innovative organizations and help mature our sales strategy in a constantly evolving industry ecosystem. You’ll understand the needs of General Counsels across the globe and provide innovative solutions to their contracting pain points. Sitting at the crux of Traditional Law and New Law, you’ll help shape the future of legal services delivery.

As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
