ESQUELETO features a thoughtfully curated selection of fine jewelry, artwork, and both handcrafted and natural objects. Owner Lauren Wolf first opened the shop’s doors in 2011 after relocating to Oakland from New York, where she established her namesake line, Lauren Wolf Jewelry. In 2015 ESQUELETO expanded to Echo Park, where Lauren opened her second store in the up-and-coming LA neighborhood. 2015 also marked the launch of ESQUELETO online, our comprehensive e-commerce site. In 2019 the company expanded again, adding a third brick-and-mortar in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood and a fourth brick and mortar location in NYC.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team who has a great understanding of the fine jewelry world and a strong background in retail sales.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail experience within the fine jewelry industry. A high attention to detail is a must and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a sales position, but requires a specific skill set of one on one customer service along with an in depth fine jewelry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have the capability of functioning in a tight knit work place. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and on a team and must be a self-starter. This is an in store position and cannot be done remotely.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Excellent Customer service skills.

* Solid understanding of Shopify POS.

* Self motivated, hard working, and able to work with a team, along with a positive attitude.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Highly organized along with the ability to multi task.

* Excellent Time Management Skills along with a workflow discipline
