The Waters Edge Lighthouse is an award-winning restaurant located on the shores of the Mohawk River in Glenville – known for fine-dining and a multi-level seasonal patio with Cabana Bar. The venue has a reputation for excellent customer service and delicious food.

We are seeking a team leader, with a passion for the restaurant business and excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be an enthusiastic professional, who can thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

This individual will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for hiring and training front-of-the-house staff; will maintain a safe, secure and healthy facility environment; implement all company policies; prepare weekly staff schedules; be responsible for opening & closing procedures and order products as required.

A minimum of five years fine-dining restaurant management experience is required, as well as knowledge of POS systems, preferable Digital Dining.
