The Hamilton Assisted Living Facility is looking for a Registered Medication Aide, who is interested in an environment where growth is supported in long term care! The starting rate is at $16-$22/hour, based on experience.This facility is located in Yorktown, VA.

Scheduling Options:

Flexible Scheduling options, including 8 and 12 hour shifts
Part Time and Full Time available
Day, Evening, or Night shift

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of a State approved Registration Medication Aide and Nursing Assistant course.
Registered Medication Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing.
Gerontological experience preferred.
Familiarity with medication and medical terminology.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write correspondence.
Ability to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
