The Human Resources Business Partner is an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. The HRBP must have the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels and situations. The HRBP will strategically partner with business leaders to develop and executive HR strategies focused on team member engagement and retention, talent acquisition, people development, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning. Reporting directly into the Director of Field Human Resources, you’ll be a crucial component of our Field HR team and will support multiple Clubs. You’ll form effective relationships across the organization as you guide management decisions, serve as a Team Member champion, and strategically anticipate, analyze and respond to HR-related matters.
