We are seeking an experienced full-cycle Recruiting Manager to oversee all recruiting processes and activities. We are looking for that Recruiting “athlete” that has “grit”, technology recruiting experience, is personable, has leadership skills, can close candidates, and wants to have fun! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Recruit mid to senior level talent primarily in Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analysts, Product, and, at times, other departments including Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and MarketingInnovate and evolve our existing recruiting strategy and tactics Diversity recruiting (diverse slate, eliminating bias), open source (Github), meet ups, campus recruiting, referral programs, internship program, etc.Analyze the existing processes and develop a plan for improvementUnderstand our Advance TV industry and business to help HRBP’s and Finance prioritize hiring needs and manage hiring managers expectations when neededPartner with hiring managers, interviewing teams, and senior leadership to close candidate and grow recruitingProvide “best in class service” to all candidates and hiring managers including setting expectationsEffectively communicate and negotiate offer packagesPartner with our Internal Communications POC to evolve our Talent Brand (career site, LinkedIn site, Glassdoor, FairyGodBoss, etc.) EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:Technology recruiting experience and well networked within the Technology industry.Bachelor’s degree a plus in any field of study Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a full-cycle recruitment processExperience in Media and/ or a fast-paced company, tech startup or a similar environmentMust have experience working in an ATS (Dayforce, Greenhouse, etc.) and pulling reporting from ATS to help focus recruiting effortsExperience in LinkedIn, other recruiting posting sites (including popular technology sites) and useful vendors/ forumsStrong knowledge in creating complex boolean search strings on multiple platforms including LinkedInAmpersand welcomes all qualified applicants to apply without regard to race, color, nationality, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability or age.
