About the role: We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about the product, concept, history and culture-to join our team at Chronosphere. This person will work with the Talent team on core Chronosphere initiatives, and will also help improve our recruiting processes and sourcing strategies. This person would help support our Engineering and G&A recruiting functions and often be the face of recruiting when candidates come in for on-site interviews. You Will: Work with recruiters to schedule High-volume Domestic/ Global interviews (40-60+ Per- week): phone screens, video conferencing, work samples, presentations and onsite interviews. Be able to multitask, work at a fast pace in a dynamic ever changing environment. Facilitate all interviews to include, but not limited to: Phone Screens, Video calls, Onsite interviews and Batch Days as well as support pre/post-interview meetings and hosting duties in the office. Partner with our recruiters and hiring managers to scale our team. Begin ramping up on our priority roles and partner with our teams to source for top talent. Use a variety of tools to assist with coordination including Greenhouse (ATS) and collaborate with the team as we add new tools to the recruiting organization. Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the Workplace teams and maintain effective communication channels. Strategically partner with the Talent team to grow sourcing skillset and begin sourcing for top talent for our top priority roles. What you will achieve: In your first 30 days, you will become familiar with the internal ATS (Greenhouse) and learn about the recruiting process. You will be introduced to the candidates in the current pipeline and start scheduling and hosting your first interviews. After 3 months, you will collaborate with the recruiting team to help make choices of new tools for recruitment. You may work on AdHoc recruiting projects such as sourcing for various roles. After 6 months, you’ll help to add your input into how we grow our recruiting team. You have: 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar Coordination support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of interview workflow and previous experience working with an Applicant tracking system. Experience with using a Mac and Google products (Google Mail, Calendar and Docs). Experience with scheduling and hosting batch days.
