As below we have position open for COVID-19 Testing Assistant (comparable – receptionist/secretary) for Client at University at Buffalo (UB). North Campus (Amherst, zip 14260) South Campus (Buffalo, zip 14214) Downton Campus (Buffalo, zip 14203).

Job Responsibilities/Tasks-Number of Positions: 45
Assigned to COVID-19 screening process for students returning to campus following the winter break. Tasks: •Record intake forms and sign in students • Distribute test kits • Provide directions on how to perform swab test • Answer questions from a diverse population of students • Must comply with all health & safety guidelines

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Additional Info:
· Temporary employees will be COVID-19 tested each week using a saliva-based test that is pooled at the UB testing sites.
o Results will be received within 2-days (48 hours).
o Positive pool results will require individual samples submitted for a PCR test, with verification of individual results within 24 hours.
· UB will provide appropriate PPE including N-95 masks, lab coats, gloves, etc.
· UB’s worksite complies with strict health and safety guidelines including social distancing in terms of testing layouts and line queuing.
· UB’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) professionals will provide training for temporary staff.
Duration: Full Time, Temporary
Start date: 2/8/21 & Estimated End Date: 5/15/21
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: $ 20.00 to $21.00 /Hour- There are no benefits.
Start date: $20.00 per Hour
2 months from start date: $21.00 per Hour
