Key Responsibilities:
You will be at the forefront of this new desk, working closely with the Global MD, to build out this team.

This will include:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies for ETFs, considering market trends, economic indicators, and other relevant factors. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify profitable opportunities and potential risks.
• Modeling and Simulation: Build and maintain mathematical models and algorithms to simulate and optimize trading strategies. Conduct back-testing and stress-testing to validate and improve the effectiveness of the models.
• Risk Management: Implement risk management protocols to ensure the desk operates within acceptable risk limits.

Quantitative Trader ETF Trading Single Stock Cash Equity

I am currently working with a globally known Bank who are expanding a team and seeking a Quant Trader for a new ETF desk.
This will be single stock market making, focusing on cash equity. They cover Global ETF market making and also is helpful to have experience with central risk book hedging.
The team are globally distributed.

What we offer:

Salary plus bonus available for these roles with average total comp above $600,000.
