Quality Control Scheduling Coordinator- Sample Management

Regeneron is currently looking for a Quality Control (QC) Scheduling Coordinator for our Sample Management team with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. The QC Scheduling Coordinator performs testing forecasts and ensures an efficient flow of information and documentation with the goal of decreased turnaround times for QC. They will also perform a variety of sample receipt functions as well as routine sample inventory and disposal.

As a QC Scheduling Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

• Collating and communicating sample submission schedules
• Working with submitting groups to determine and communicate priorities
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete prior to sample submissions
• Applying testing to samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) prior to submission
• Coordination and communication of samples being sent for shipment
• Interacting with outside customers and functional peer groups
• Compliance with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs; reports any quality or other anomalies through the Deviation Notification and Resolution system
• Participation in required training activities

To be considered for the QC Scheduling Coordinator you must be willing and able to work , Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm. For various levels you must have the following:

QC Scheduling Coordinator I: BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; will substitute relevant experience for education

QC Scheduling Coordinator II: BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience; will substitute relevant experience for education

QC Scheduling Coordinator III: BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience; will substitute relevant experience for education

QC Scheduling Coordinator IV: BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience; will substitute relevant experience for education

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
