The Purchasing Coordinator supports all activities related to our client’s purchase of equipment to support KWI’s software services. The person in this role will be responsible to train clients on our newly-implemented ordering system and walk new clients through their first purchase to ensure they are set up with the right KWI equipment for their needs.
This person will also play a collaborative, cross-functional role across the organization, working with our implementation team, our support team, and our client services team to ensure we are delivering a white-glove experience to our clients and giving them the tools & resources they need to be successful.
