In this role, you will begin to learn all aspects of service and administrative support, helping clients with general service and billing questions.

• Provide support to Programs Supervisor, Account Manager, Client Service Specialist and Producers
• Provide prompt and efficient assistance to agency procedures and guidelines
• Work in conjunction with CSS to assist on certificates and proof of insurance
• Check new business policies, renewal policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
• Create property, vehicle, equipment and other spreadsheets
• Create submissions for new business
• Create summary of insurance reports
• Issue renewal ID cards and replacement ID Cards
• Assist customers with billing and payments
• Maintain professional accreditation
• Build favorable work relationships
• Maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• High level of organizational skills and ability with attention to detail
• Ability to be part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School Diploma
• Experience in customer service
