We’re currently looking for a Principal level AI Research Scientist with a specialization in computer vision to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing vision and vision-language models using the latest research which will help improve the lives of teachers and students.

Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for designing vision and vision-language neural network models for areas including image and video understanding, few-shot learning, real-time inference, and generative AI, using the latest research and architecting novel improvements
  • Responsible for hands-on implementation of algorithms, to prove out ideas
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team (product, engineering, research) to productize and deploy your models at scale

Requirements:

• • • Ph.D. in computer vision or a related field
    • 10+ years of experience in developing innovative neural net algorithms in the above areas
    • Strong familiarity with the state of the art in vision and vision-language models
    • 5+ years of industry experience building computer vision solutions
    • Strong experience with Python and/or Java/Kotlin/Rust/Go
    • Strong experience with neural net libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Jax.
    • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Strong publication record in top-tier AI/Vision conferences preferred.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing large neural net models on GPU clusters
