A financial services firm in Manhattan is actively seeking a dedicated and hardworking professional to join their staff as their new Client Service Associate. In this role, the Client Service Associate
will assist in various investor-related tasks.

Responsibilities

The Client Service Associate will be responsible for:

• Facilitating the investor onboarding process
• Tracking subscription and redemption requests
• Communicating with clients on an as-needed basis
• Creating ad hoc reporting requests
• Assisting in building out the firm’s CRM

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of working experience in the financial services industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skills
