A financial services company in New York City is actively seeking an analytical and hardworking professional to join their staff as their new Business Development / Investor Relations Associate. In this role, the Business Development / Investor Relations Associate will support current client servicing and fundraising efforts for the firm globally.

Responsibilities

The Business Development / Investor Relations Associate will:

• Coordinate with subject matter expert groups across the firm
• Manage the IR inbox and coordinate responses to investor requests
• Prepare welcome information packs for new investors and serve as a point of contact for ongoing service
• Complete requests for proposals (RFP), requests for information, operational due diligence questionnaires, and ad hoc requests on portfolio analytics from prospective and existing investors
• Create, update, and disseminate client reports and marketing materials
• Assist with and participate in client meetings including the preparation of agendas, coordination of participants, and customization of materials
• Support strategic projects for new investor relations initiatives across the firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-6+ years of related experience
• Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
