Operations Assistant (Entry Level)

Our fintech client is one of the leading healthcare payment and premium processing companies in the country. With a focus on payment challenges and opportunities in the industry, they work with 60,000+ healthcare providers in the US, reliably processing over $6 Billion annually in-patient payments.

As part of a new innovation, they are updating 17,000 pieces of hardware and are seeking an Operations Assistant to process, program and track these terminals. We are hiring immediately and since our client is growing like crazy, there is a lot of opportunity for growth within this department as well as others. In fact, they were recognized as one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies by Inc. Magazine’s annual publication.

This is an in-office, 1st shift position.

Duties:

• Assist with the programming of credit card terminals by following a sequential process
• Configuring customer accounts
• Helping with online compliance and tracking
• Cleaning and enhancing customer data
• Packing/Unpacking terminals

Qualifications:

• Interest in and tech savvy
• Highly organized
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to be on your feet roughly half the day
• Ability to lift/twist/bend up to 25 lbs unassisted

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16.50 – $19.50 hourly during temp phase.
• Transitions to 40,000+ salary once permanent
